1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Gensan Pickleballers Paddle Stack application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Paddle Stack is a free community tool that provides pickleball open-play session management, including player registration, automated paddle queuing, skill-based matchmaking, score tracking, XP/ranking systems, and leaderboards. The service is operated by the Gensan Pickleballers community in General Santos City, Philippines.

3. User Accounts and Registration

When you register as a player, you agree to provide accurate and complete information including your name, optional nickname, and skill level. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your profile information.

• You must provide a valid name for registration.
• Nicknames and phone numbers are optional and used solely for community identification.
• You may not impersonate other players or create duplicate accounts.
• We reserve the right to remove accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its servers, or databases.
• Manipulate match results, scores, or player statistics.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers connected to it.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other players through the App.
• Submit false, misleading, or spam content.

5. Player Data and Statistics

Match results, player statistics, XP earnings, win/loss records, and leaderboard rankings are tracked automatically by the App. This data is visible to all users of the App. By participating in matches, you consent to your gameplay data being recorded and displayed publicly within the App.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is the property of the Gensan Pickleballers community. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without prior written permission.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the App available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

Gensan Pickleballers and its organizers shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This includes but is not limited to damages resulting from data loss, service interruption, or physical injury during activities organized through the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of General Santos City.
