No Professional Advice

The App is designed solely for recreational pickleball open-play session management, player matchmaking, and community engagement. Nothing in this App constitutes professional sports coaching, medical advice, or fitness guidance. Always consult a qualified professional before starting any new physical activity.

Accuracy of Information

While we strive to keep player statistics, rankings, match results, and leaderboard data accurate, we cannot guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free. Player skill ratings, XP values, and win/loss records are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies.

Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services including Supabase for data storage and Vercel for hosting. We are not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

Assumption of Risk

Participation in pickleball or any physical activity carries inherent risks of injury. By using this App to join open-play sessions, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Gensan Pickleballers, its organizers, and contributors shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation in activities organized through the App.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gensan Pickleballers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service.
