• Match Data: Game scores, match results, teams, and timestamps when you participate in open-play sessions.

• Gameplay Statistics: Win/loss records, XP earned, win streaks, total play time, and ranking data derived from your matches.
• Session Data: Open-play session participation records including start/end times.
• Local Storage: The App stores temporary session data in your browser's local storage for offline functionality.

Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect email addresses, passwords, or financial information.
• We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
• We do not track your location or device identifiers.

How We Use Your Information

• Player Identification: To display your name and profile in the player directory and matchmaking system.
• Matchmaking: To pair players of similar skill levels during open-play sessions.
• Leaderboards: To calculate and display rankings, XP, and player statistics.
• Community Engagement: To show recent activity, live stats, and match results within the App.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored using Supabase, a secure cloud database service. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your player profile and match statistics are visible to other users of the App as part of the leaderboard and player directory features. We may share aggregated, non-identifiable statistics for community reporting purposes.

Data Retention

We retain your player profile and match data for as long as you remain an active member of the Gensan Pickleballers community. If you wish to have your data removed, please contact us through our Facebook page.

Your Rights

You have the right to:
