Open Play Central Child Safety Standards

Effective Date: September 10, 2026

Open Play Central (Google Play package com.openplaycentral.main), operated by OfCourse Developers, is committed to protecting children and maintaining a safe environment for all users of the Open Play Central app and website.

These published standards apply to Open Play Central and all users, accounts, content, communications, profiles, and activities associated with the platform.

1. Zero-Tolerance Policy for CSAE

Open Play Central, operated by OfCourse Developers, has a zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

Open Play Central strictly prohibits:

• Child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE)
• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
• Sexualization of minors
• Grooming of minors
• Sexual solicitation of minors
• Sextortion involving minors
• Sexual exploitation or trafficking of children
• Sharing, requesting, creating, uploading, or distributing CSAM
• Any attempt to facilitate or encourage sexual abuse or exploitation of a child

Users may not use Open Play Central to create, upload, distribute, request, promote, or facilitate content or behavior involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.

2. Prohibited Content and Conduct

Any account found to be involved in CSAE or CSAM may be immediately suspended or terminated. OfCourse Developers will also remove violating content and, where required by law, refer the matter to the appropriate authorities.

3. Reporting Child Safety Concerns

Users can report suspected child-safety violations through the reporting and support mechanisms available inside the Open Play Central app:

• Profile → Help & Support → Report a Safety Concern
• Report / block controls on community posts, comments, messages, and player profiles
• Email the Child Safety Point of Contact listed below

Reports may include suspected CSAE, suspected CSAM, grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, sextortion, or other conduct that may endanger a child. We encourage users to report concerns promptly.

4. Our Response

When Open Play Central or OfCourse Developers receives a report or obtains actual knowledge of suspected CSAM or CSAE, we will take appropriate action consistent with these standards and applicable laws. Actions may include:

• Reviewing the report
• Restricting or removing violating content
• Suspending or terminating accounts
• Preserving relevant information where legally appropriate
• Escalating matters to appropriate authorities when required

5. Compliance With Child Safety Laws

Open Play Central, operated by OfCourse Developers, is committed to complying with applicable child-safety laws and regulations. Where required by applicable law, confirmed CSAM and other reportable child exploitation matters will be reported to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional authority.

If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement first, then notify our Child Safety Point of Contact.

7. Enforcement

Violations of these Child Safety Standards may result in immediate removal of content, suspension or termination of accounts, and referral to appropriate authorities where required.

These Child Safety Standards apply to Open Play Central, including the Android app published by OfCourse Developers on Google Play (com.openplaycentral.main), the iOS app, and the website at openplaycentral.com.
